Unless you’re enjoying your cookies right out of the oven….. (no shame there!)
Then you need to take them out BEFORE they look done!
Cookies will continue to bake and set as they cool. If you bake your cookies until they look done, chances are you may end up overbaking them and you’ll have dry cookies the next day!
