Variations of this recipe:
I folded in white chocolate chips into this recipe, but it would be just as good with milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips, sprinkles, or M&Ms!

Ingredients:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl. Mix cake mix and eggs into melted butter. Mix until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips
- Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheets
- Bake for 8 minutes
- When you take your cookies out of the oven, top each cookie with a few extra white chocolate chips. Be careful – cookies will be hot! The reason we do this after baking? If you top them with extra white chocolate chips before baking, the chocolate chips on top will brown a little. I prefer to keep them nice and bright white!
