What is bacon jam? Bacon jam is a savory and sweet garnish made with bacon and caramelized onions. I have been making this to go with our deviled eggs for years and it is always a hit! Be sure to add this to your next Thanksgiving or Easter menu – everyone will love it. It comes together over stove top and is simple to make!

Bacon Jam can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. When serving, allow bacon jam to come to room temperature, or defrost in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring frequently

I have used this for deviled eggs and put in green beans. People loved the deviled eggs with this bacon jam! I’ll never use another recipe!
