Buttery Sprinkle Cookies

Buttery Sprinkle Cookies
Buttery sprinkle cookies are a wonderful combination of soft, buttery cookies and vibrant, sweet sprinkles. They are colorful, festive, and easy to make, making them the perfect addition to any Springtime celebration meal. This time I’ve used Easter sprinkles, but be sure to check out my Christmas Sprinkle Cookie version too! Whether you’re baking with kids or making a batch to share with friends and family, these cookies are sure to be a hit!

Are these the same as the Sprinkle-Rolled Sugar Cookies?
Not quite! The sprinkle-rolled sugar cookies are true classic sugar cookie. Soft and chewy, and rolled in crunchy sprinkles for added texture – they’re delicious! These sprinkle cookies have more brown sugar in them and more buttery, vanilla flavor. The cookie base is similar to that of a chocolate chip cookie.
What kind of sprinkles should I use?
I highly recommend using jimmies -they are soft and hold their color and shape while baking. The fun thing about these cookies is they are easy to customize for any event or occasion! Simply change the sprinkle colors. Let’s get baking!
