Lemon Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • Boxed Lemon Cake Mix
  • 3.4 oz box of Lemon Pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • (1) 8oz block of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix.
  3. Add in eggs, milk, oil, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour cake batter into lightly greased Bundt pan.
  5. Bake cake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cake to completely cool before frosting.
  7. Mix room temperature butter and cool cream cheese on high until combined and light and fluffy
  8. Add in vanilla and powder sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until combined.
  9. Spread evenly on your cooled Lemon Bundt cake or pipe it on as pictured. Enjoy!
