Mini Chocolate-Dipped Cookies – Bite Sized and Delicious!

Mini Chocolate-Dipped Cookies: Because Everything’s Better Bite-Sized

Cookies are great at baseline, but you know what makes them even better? Making them mini, and dipping them in chocolate. That’s right. Mini chocolate-dipped cookies. They’re cute, they’re fun, and they’re super snackable!

Why We Love Anything Mini

Mini cookies just hit different. They’re perfect for snacking, sharing, and pretending like having “just one more” doesn’t count because they’re small (we’ve all been there). Whether you’re hosting a party, prepping lunchbox treats, or just trying to manage portion sizes (keyword: trying), these little morsels are just right. Plus, they bake faster and cool quicker, meaning less time waiting and more time snacking.

You also get a LOT more cookies when you make them bite-sized! This recipe makes about 100 miniature cookies, making it perfect for birthday parties, potlucks, celebrations, and holidays!

How to Store Mini Chocolate-Dipped Cookies

If you somehow don’t eat the whole batch in one sitting (congrats on your willpower), here’s how to keep them fresh:

  • Room Temp: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Freezer: Yep, they freeze well! Pop them in a zip-top bag and freeze for up to 2 months. You can eat them straight from the freezer or let them thaw for a few minutes.

Pro tip: frozen cookies + hot coffee = elite snack experience.

Mini cookies, cooling
  • While cookies cool slightly, melt your chocolate candy melts. You can do this in the microwave (heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until completely melted) or stove-top over low heat.
  • Roll out a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper on the countertop to dip the cookies.
  • Spoon melted chocolate into a piping bag or use a ziploc bag. Cut the corner. On the wax or parchment paper, pipe several small circles of melted chocolate. Place a single cookie on each chocolate dallop.
