The Best Part of this Strawberry Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
My favorite part of this recipe is that it uses a cake mix base! I love doctoring cake mixes to turn them into something every more delicious. I have no shame in my cake mix game!

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Lorann Strawberry flavor
Cream Cheese Frosting
- (1) 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix and vanilla pudding mix.
- Add in eggs, milk, oil, strawberry flavor, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Pour cake batter into lightly greased Bundt pan.
- Bake cake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to completely cool before frosting.
- Mix room temperature butter and cool cream cheese on high until combined and light and fluffy
- Add in vanilla and powder sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until combined.
- Spread evenly on your cooled Strawberry Bundt cake or pipe it on as pictured. Enjoy!
