Based on the viral Christmas Crack recipe that we all know and love – this Valentine’s Day treat is a fun little twist! I’ve subbed out the chocolate chips with white, pink, and red candy melts to give this treat some seasonal colors that could easily be adapted to any holiday.
Valentine’s Day Cracker Toffee – Recipe Notes
- Most recipes call for Saltine crackers and that’s totally fine. I’ve used Ritz crackers here because I had a bunch leftover from the holidays. I think it tastes just as good! Use whatever you have on hand, or whatever is cheapest. Any crunch, buttery cracker will work!
- I used white, red, & pink candy melts, but you could easily use other colors – I think pink, white, and purple would be so cute!
- Store this toffee in an airtight container at room temperature. It is good for 1-2 weeks.
- Be sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper! This makes cleanup SO easy.
